We obtain information about you when you use our website, such as when you contact us about products and services, or when you sign up to and participate in a programme provided by us to your employer organisation.

The personal information we might collect from you includes your name, work email address and work postal address. It may also include information regarding what website pages are accessed and when.How is your information used?

- Administer the scheme, including sending weekly reminder emails requesting your participation data;
- Administer and send out orders placed on the Green Rewards eShop;
- Your first name and initial of surname will be displayed in the scheme leader boards;
- Seek your views or comments on the services we provide;
- Deal with entries into a competition;
- Send you quarterly updates about sustainability news and innovation;
- Notify you of changes to our services;
We believe that these forms of communication are an intrinsic part of ensuring that your engagement in the programme works efficiently and that we can communicate to you on your activity in the programme and any rewards that you have earned. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as you hold an account with us.
In order to process prizes we may share your details, including name, email address and postal address, with our suppliers so that your order can be fulfilled.
As part of the administration of the programme your details, including name and email address, may be passed onto the sustainability team Newcastle NHS so that they can contact you directly with regards to Shine Rewards. Your details will not be shared with any other parties nor be used to contact you for any other reason.
How you can request, edit or erase the information we hold about you.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you. You can do this by emailing us at [email protected]
